| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: Patients aged at least 18 years, with injuries to at least three organs, who present to the emergency department within 24 hours of the trauma event, and who meet an ISS score of more than 16 points. And laboratory results of the Neutrophil-LymphocyteExclusion Criteria: Multitrauma patients who refuse treatment, have a history of other systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, malignancy or cancer, or hemophilia, and have injuries to at least three organs with death on arrival (DOA) status in the emergency department. |
