In this study, primary data was used collected directly from the source by the researcher.

Inclusion Criteria:

a. Patients aged 15-65 years b. Patients diagnosed with depression and have been on antidepressant therapy for two months c. Patients who undergo outpatient treatment at mental health poly installations and get antidepressant therapy in January to February 2025 d. Patients who can communicate well e. Patients who are willing to be a responder

Exclusion Criteria:

a. Patients who have just been diagnosed with depression in January – February 2025 b. Patients who undergo outpatient treatment at pediatric polyclinics and the elderly who diagnosed with depression c. Patients who are unwilling to be a respondent or resign
